What should I bring?
Just yourself, closed-toe shoes and clothes you don't mind getting a little smoky. We'll let you know if a class needs anything extra.
Do I need any experience?
The Backyard 101 Series is for all levels, including total beginners. Pro Comp is for cooks who already know the basics and want to compete.
What about weather?
Nevada weather can change fast. We'll contact registered guests if conditions affect a class.
How does the couples ticket work?
A couples ticket covers two people cooking together at one station. Couples pricing for each class is posted when its dates open; the Thanksgiving class is $349 for two at one station.

What do I do at the Thanksgiving class?
It's a hands-on Thanksgiving turkey class + feast: smoker setup, prep, rub and tips with a pitmaster, then everyone enjoys smoked turkey together at the indoor feast. It's all indoors, and everyone learns at the same time (no rotating groups).
Where are classes held?
In the Fernley, NV area. The exact location is shared after you sign up.
